The Spicy Stiletto

I really did contemplate the use of a post titled “mad for plaid” but then again it’s so overused. It’s actually quite hard to avoid the use of any other -ad word when it comes to plaid, especially when you’re deep into your holiday comatose, and creative juices have all been exerted toward a Christmas dinner. And quite honestly other words just don’t have the same ring. Regardless, I’ll go ahead and bring back some 80s Ninja Turtle slang, especially since it’s fitting to my current geographic location.

Anyway, I have been searching for the perfect plaid piece for longer than I can remember — there was a shirt I got from Zara during the wee months of NYFW that I had over worn and is now lost somewhere in my closet back in New York, but since then the search had proven futile. Then, just last week I stumbled upon a few shirts at Vintage Twin, and additionally, my sister arrived from London with this shirt from COS, so naturally my plaid-abusing behavior has resurfaced.
